Refund Policy

We aim to ensure every guest has a great experience at Mono Loco. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms:

1. Event Tickets: Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event date. Within 7 days, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Mono Loco.
2. Bookings & Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable. If a booking must be cancelled, we will attempt to reschedule where possible.
3. Merchandise: Refunds or exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt, provided items are unused and in resale condition.
4. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 working days.
